Omaer Mini Dumper line: a new era has begun

Mini Dumpers are the new line of Omaer machines. Outside the tradition of concrete mixers, we have included this new range to provide a new, broader service to our customers and become an increasingly complete and reliable partner.

Mini Dumpers are the Omaer latest innovation. A new era, a period in which various types of changes took place, such as the color change of all our machines from light blue to yellow, and also commercial ones. In fact, over the last year we have designed and produced 2 new machines respectively for the Silent Line with the new C 140 SBL concrete mixer and for the Mixers Line with the Twist 20 continuous mixer (click on the respective links to find out more about it). Furthermore, you will also find the new OM 23 electric plastering machine in our catalogue.

Mini Dumper Omaer: characteristics and use

Well, we just saw the models available in our line. But what is their use?

The most experienced in the construction world, or simply those who have been using them for a long time, know the advantages they can bring on their works. Mini Dumpers are used to transport and move various types of materials, debris, aggregates from one place to another with ease, speed and without fatigue for the operator. Thanks to the self-loading shovel with which it is equipped, it offers the possibility of loading these materials independently, without manual work. Their dimensions allow them to pass through places that are difficult to access with other machinery or tools, the large and deep body helps in loading and unloading operations. Let's now look at the models and the differences we find between them in details.

 

Mini Dumper - SCORPION 500-600: compacts, easy to move

These are the two smallest models in our line. Their design is attractive and functional at the same time, with all the necessary comforts. Honda GX200 or GX270 petrol engine, foldable and cushioned platform to dampen vibrations, robust and large diameter rubber tracks to guarantee agility in movement.

The control panel is an absolute added value of our Mini Dumpers. Its practical and intuitive interface allows you to operate the machine simply, with clearly visible controls and warnings for the operator.

As you can see, there are controls for advancing, steering and tipping the dumper. Furthermore, on the SCORPION 600 model, there's the lever for the second forward speed and the one for controlling the rotation of the concrete mixer. In fact, on this model it is possible to mount the 250 liter Concrete mixer Kit (optional). This is the same tank that we mount on the C 250 SBL concrete mixer model, and thus allows the Mini Dumper to have an even different function than that of simply transporting materials.

 

Mini Dumper - SCORPION 700-800: higher center of gravity, for all terrains.

The SCORPION 700 and SCORPION 800 models have some differences compared to their smaller "brothers". More robust, capacious and suitable for working with larger loads and for different needs. We can say that these are more professional machines, which translates into more possibilities that they offer in their functions to the operator's needs.

In addition to the Honda petrol engine with greater performance, SCORPION 700 and SCORPION 800 Mini Dumpers are equipped with trapezoidal tracks with 4 support rollers and a tensioning system with recovery springs. Their flexibility is clearly visible through the variety of options they offer. In fact, as for the SCORPION 600 model, we have the possibility of mounting the 250 liter Concrete mixer Kit, and can be equipped with a system that allows the high discharge of the dumper or the trilateral discharge.

Yes, but what is the real difference compared to the others in the category? Even compared other Mini Dumpers, it's the structure of the machine itself that is different. In fact, the SCORPION 700 and SCORPION 800 models have been designed with a higher center of gravity. This feature allows them to have optimal performance in all types of terrains, from the muddy to the difficult ones, with the presence of stumps, roots or anything that may present an obstacle in its path. A detail, which makes all the difference.

As the latest products we have designed, we've also considered in our choices an aspect that nowadays is fundamental in evaluating the purchase of a machine: the price. We know, we have never been good with prices, we have often looked at other characteristics, but we recognize that times have changed and we must adapt to it.

The characteristics of robustness, reliability and durability of the Mini Dumpers remain unchanged, as they have always been on our Omaer machines.
