The Omaer Plus Line includes a range of concrete mixers designed according to specific characteristics, to best adapt to different markets. They have been designed with very specific characteristics and based on our experience for the needs of various countries around the world. Characteristics of the Omaer Plus Line concrete mixers

As we can see, in these concrete mixers there are no small size of the tank. In fact, the mixing capacity of the material ranges from 300 to 350 liters. In this sense, the characteristics of robustness, reliability and durability of our machines fully meet the need for larger concrete mixers, and therefore are perfectly for various types of markets.

Other characteristics that are in common are the pneumatic wheels and the cabin designed to contain diesel or gasoline engines.

The choice to mount pneumatic wheels on these machines, instead of solid rubber wheels as found in most of the concrete mixers of our line, is due to a fact of maneuverability and ease of movement of the machine. These are larger but above all more suitable for moving on rough terrain, and make the use of the concrete mixer easier on large construction sites.

Another characteristics in common to all these machines is the cabin that contains the engine. It is equipped with a detail, specially designed by our team, which makes it unique and extremely functional for its use. In fact, this cabin, even with the door open, guarantees total coverage of the moving parts, ensuring maximum safety and maintaining total accessibility to the engine (as you can see below).

 

Details and small differences between concrete mixers

In addition to the characteristics in common to all the machines, there are also small differences between these concrete mixers, to better adapt to the needs of the individual customer. For example, for a question of maneuverability and ease of use and movement, the helm of the concrete mixers with 2 pneumatic wheels is different from the one with 4 pneumatic wheels.

As for the 300-liter concrete mixers, on the other hand, there is also the model with "Transversal Towing" (C 360 TT). This model is equipped with a reinforced frame to ensure greater strength to the machine, and is mounted on shock-absorbing drive shafts.
